if you are given admission for these unis MBA, would you list your choice in order? Pls tell us your considerations too.....

southampton probably - but only because i think its the most highly rated.Check out the league tables i think it is http://www.amba.org

I don't think AMBA has any sort of league table, would you mind to provide exact link? Btw your link given was wrong, the AMBA website should be www.mbaworld.com

now I'm narrowing down to Sheffield and Newcastle, could anyone comment on the course (alumni are welcome, not necessary in MBA course)

my mind leans towards Sheffield

however Newcastle and Southampton do have AMBA accreditation (soton just got it this month) and Sheffield doesn't

sound stupid if i still wanna choose Sheffield???

Generally I would have thought that AMBA accreditation was beneficial and gave credence to your course. What line of work do you want to go into after the MBA?

What you should really do is call up some companies you're interested in working for after graduation and ask them directly whether they recruit from any of the MBA schools you have listed. Just go to their websites and call or email their HR managers.

After all, the whole point of getting an MBA is to get a job after. Go to an MBA school that gets recruited by the industry or company you want to take work in.
