hardly fat. depends how old she is how old is she? im size 8/10 and am 5.3.... im average for my height in weight... not sure how it all works
It depends on your weight rather than size. You can check your BMI for a idea of how much you should weigh for your height. But you can be a size 12 to 14 without being large (you may just be nice and curvy). At the end of the day as long as you are happy with yourself and healthy then it doesn't really matter.
I do not really set a certain cut off point to what I would call fat as larger girls can look very good and not look fat at all.

she is not fat, but she certainly has meat on her. it also depends on her frame...do u know what size she is on top? If she is an 8/10, u are probably dealing with a pear-shaped girl with a small-ish waist and big hips/thighs.

not necessarily im a size 12 botton and and and 8/10 on top and im not pair shaped at all im hour glass shaped i wear size 12 trousers cos i have big hips and 10tops cos im fairly large chested but i have a small waist so am not pear shaped

The average size for a woman in the uk is a size 16.
Everyone is proportionally different, clothes size is very difficult to judge if someone looks larger or not.

My mom would get a bit iffy with me if I were wearing 12-14 at my height [5 foot 4].

BTW this whole convo is such bullsh*t. I mean if you go out you don't look at people and thing "she's fat, she's fat, she's thin" etc etc unless you are so crudely superficial that anyone with half a brain would disrespect your opinion in the frst place.

It depends on your ideas of 'ideal' really. It obviously varies between people. Some people a size 8 would be an ideal and for others an 18 would be an ideal. A size 10-14 is not fat. It's not skinny either by any means, it's a good average kind of size. She is probably curvy (depending on top size, as mentioned).

It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks;just what you think yourself.
If you're happy with your size, then that's the right size for you. I know some people who are slim that aren't happy with themselves, and others who are sizes 14-16, and wouldn't want to be any smaller. I'm a size 10 at 5'7", and some people say I'm too thin, but I'm happy with myself so don't care. 12-14 is fairly average isn't it? lessthanthree

But presumably because you don't then judge or think badly of people based on that observation, which some people unfortunately do

that's strange - I don't think of people like that at all. I just think of an entity relating to the name, not an image. Maybe my brain works in a different way to yours.
