It says they should be disciplined, therefore lesbianism does carry a punishment although i don't think it's capital.

My reasoning for this is because it goes on to say that their perversion renders them unable to give testimony. Which implies they live after their punishment... Otherwise they wouldn't stand trial. Period. :p:
