I haven't but I know a bit about it, I considered it as an alternative to an implant. Have you had one or are you considering one?

I have had 5 of them and I was just wondering if people are experiencing the same side-effects as me

Ok well I don't know about that, but if you've had 5 you must be looking for a long term solution, have you considered an implant? Sorry, I'm on a one woman mission to get as many implant converts as I can, it's just so much more reliable and less hassle than getting an injection every 12 weeks. I think generally there are less side affects with it as well, but I could be wrong.

Well my Dr thought I would be best on the jab as I can't go on the pill. I have it every 10 weeks as I had a side-effect because of the hormone not lasting 12 in my body. I find that during the 2 weeks after my jab, my mood goes up and down like a yo-yo and little things get to me and make me unhappy. Increased appetite is something I get too but I make sure I eat fruit and veg so I haven't put on too much weight.

I can't have any of the pills as my family has a history of heart trouble and thrombosis stuff. It's ok actually....see I have glandular fever at the mo and I think I could be a bit low cos of that rather than the jab.

Yes I'm having multi-vitamins and jersey milk lol. Sometimes I wonder if I should just leave it and stick with condoms but my body has only just settled down to the jab.

Well you need to really...plus jersey milk is scrummy! I take "WellWoman" ones cos they cover everything and they have made a difference to my hair.

OMFG you're like the only person I know who suppliments their diet. Girls our age should totally do that more (:

Ooooh, while I remember, Zinc is good for piercings. So if you're planning on getting that piercing then try having a zinc supplement. It makes your skin more healthy or something.
I was on depo and i didnt really experience any side effects except maybe a bit of weight gain. My last jab was meant to be in October but i come off it as i had spilt up from bf of 2years. And was in the whole "i'm never gonna find another man" stage. lol. All these months on, i'm still waiting for my periods to come back which is slightly annoying. Is this a normal time to wait?
