Well, it depends what is causing your rash!

Is it itchy?
Is it made up of distinct red blobs?
Where is it?
Have you recently changed washing powder etc?

Have you done anything with that elbow recently. Lol, that sounds dodgy, but I mean things like rested it on a table for long periods of time or something that you wouldn't normally do?

You could try calomine lotion for the itch if it's really bothering you. You can get it from Boots or probably any chemist. Or body lotions containing oatmeal are good!

Have you got any other symptoms? Breathlessness, wheeziness, swelling, rash anywhere else? Have you taken any new drugs/medication recently?

I have no idea about pollen allergies. Why can't you have urticaria?

If it's on the other side of your elbow, it could be a bit of a heat rash or something? Are the red blobs raised?
Reply 7

Try piriton - from the chemist, very good for rashes, espec itchy ones! It could be sweat induced form constantly having arm crooked to write exams under stressful conditions, who knows? Keep an eye on it
