growing

ok this might no make sence but im gonna try

you see in the old old old old days boys who were rich grew tall and healthy compaired to the poor boys who were short and were ill.

do you think this kind of stuff still happens in todays society? as in the whole way of like if you live a rich and fullfilled life you'll grow big and strong etc...

I am sure children in the 3rd world are less likely to grow strong and healthily than children in an MEDC where food and water are in plentiful supply.

I'm not really sure what you're trying to say.
It's malnutrition that means poor people didn't grow as tall, not because they had 'fulfilled lives'. In our society, it's genetics that tends to determine your height, because few people are so poor they can't eat enough to grow. Not true in LEDCs though.

well apply what i said to England then!

If there are kids in England who do NOT get the food and water they require to grow to their full strength then they will not! It is more likely those that can afford the food, WILL get the food and therefore grow!

Use your noggin'!
Often, I feel like testing this out myself, for the novelty. I will take two boys, force them into separate cupboards, and give one a bag of food. This will be entirely pointless, but if anyone can find anything in life that isn't entirely pointless, I'd be happy to hear about it. Or, if not happy, slightly less nonchalant.

I think you'll find that death is inevitable to us all, in the end. Happy?

perhaps rich kids tend to eat more fruits, because their parents force them to, whereas kids from poorer backgrounds tend to eat more fatty stuffy, like KFC. Hence they dont get as much vitamins as richer kids. It is just a thought.

That wasn't the question though, the question was DOES it happen?
You just said "if it does then..."

i dont think living in a rich country means you'll be taller. japan is a well off nation but their people are generally short due to a range of things.

also what constitutes tall and small? i think the average height for a male in the UK is 5'8 or 5'9.
