Basically sometimes I get overly paranoid about people I love getting hurt in an accident or something- whether its crossing the road or going up in a plane. Its only some days though- today being one of them. its crazy, it may just be that im really tired today but you know, its such a horrible feeling! i just wan tit to go away.
Anyone else ever get like this???! :frown:

Yeah! I think it's more normal than most people would ever admit. I'm not really a nervous/worrying type most of the time but I have my moments, especially when I'm at uni! It's worse if people around you have family who have recently been ill or have passed away. Then I start to get paranoid.

I get soooo annoyingly paranoid that my dog is going to get out of the gate. I annoy my family and myself! Everytime someone comes to the door I always run and get hold of Bobby in case he darts out the door. I know if he escaped he would get ran over and I worry about it all the time! I am so strange at times!

I always worry about family and little accidents, like if they are chopping food that they will chop a finger off or something. LOL.

I don't really get like that but I got told that its your worst fears showing themselves and the only way to get passed it is just to focus on something that makes you truely happy. Don't know if this works or not.
You think you've got problems? How about being paranoid about the people behind you laughing at you, every single time you pass?

I get that!
Yeah, and I get the other one too. Then I freak out that I'm going to make it happen just by thinking about it, and try to stop, but that makes me think about it more... vicious circle, non?

Maybe I need help

it can also be caused if something happens and it has a great impact in your life...when i lost someone in my family i really loved i used to be really scared about my mum and sister going out thinking something will happen to them...it stops over time though
