Hey Sorry about the late reply. Aw thats realy good to hear.. Gudluk wiv the accommodation. yeah i kinda messed up in school.. Got a C in Eng Lang, C in IT, C in Sociology and also a C in Health and social care. Got a D in maths and science and i am currently studying BTEC National Diploma in Health Studies and am predicted DDM (AAB).. and my GCSES are whats stopping me from doing the actual degree. its good to hear I'm not the only one that had been waiting for a long time. just wish they got back to me very soon now. Hate the waiting game. Making me nervous every time i think about it lol. But yeah congrats and gudluk with everything. Im sure in at the start of your course in September they wil be able to transfer you over to Computing.. you can always complete the foundation year in Business then do the actual degree in Computing..
I've applied to do Events Management and Tourism Management with Events, both Foundation courses, at MMU. Sent my application off in early November and i'm still waiting. Anybody know anything I don't?
I've applied for Foundation Year of Electronic Engineering, does this means I'll be studying in the All Saints building where the Year 1 Engineering is being studied? Or will I be somewhere else?
i'm currently on the foundation year, so if you guys have any questions about it then let me know

Hi is anyone doing a foundation year at MMU in Business its one of my choices but I can't decide whether I should have it as my insurance choice it looks like a good Uni and course but I haven't been to visit the Uni yet I'm really bad at making decisions so any advice will be appreciated thanks
(BTW I applied late for Uni so I haven't received offers for my other choices yet)
I found it really useful, it is designed by the lecturers you will have in your first year, so you learn all the stuff that they wished A level students already knew. It is definitely worth it if you cannot get on the first year of the course you love with your current academic achievements.
Why do people get embarrassed about doing foundation? It doesn't always mean you failed your A-Level's! You could have just chosen the wrong A-Level's for the course you've decided to do, or you were ill during college or something. Ridiculous. Nothing to be ashamed of...even if some people on here like to strut about acting like they are better than everyone else.
Hi, I have just finished my foundation year at mmu. I did business information technology. Would recommend the uni to everyone, great tutors and fellow students!
