    Lol nope, just plain old English.. kinda sucks as I feel not at one with my culture. Coming from an Indian-Christian family it can be hard to identify with my actual culture if you know what I mean.

    Heya everyone
    So glad to see you all back. I see some tamil phrases and stuff in the recent posts. Vanakkam talaiwar hehehe... That's great. I speak tamil too as I did my Engineering from Madras in India.
    What are you all doing this weekend? No one seems to be participating in the Indian festival in London? :eek:

    sugar_cane you need to post some Gujrathi phrases too as you are a bright student in gujrathi

    ZoobieeZooooo u there?? Enough of your tamil and Hindi. You need to brush up your oriya first :p: You are originally from Orissa or Assam? I dunn remember well.

    Well my passport says I am British but I call myself Indian, can't be bothered with the whole 'British-Asian' wording. Yeah I am religious, I go church etc (Christian.) You?

    My passport says I'm British...but definitely don't think I am...at heart I will always be Indian...and something about my appearance gives you that idea too :p:
    I'm a Hindu, well technically I'm Jain, but no-one's really heard of that so it's easier to say I'm Hindu! I go to the temple etc.
