Good point - when you're brought up vegetarian - it is much easier touche

HOWEVER.. my form tutor at school literally gave it up after 12 years, and shes been fully vegetarian since (health reasons and plus you live longer) it's harder but whoever said life was easy

It's the same as drinking - people drink and then find it can be addictive, esp at parties.. I mean to be fair its all about will power, because theres many out there who have that control and then don't drink at all..

It's all a pyschological thing, if you keep your mind focused that you won't eat meat.. and if you set your mind to anything, with enough effort and will power, you can achieve anything.. never say never

Hi, interesting debate you have here! Im a indian, and been vegetarian my whole life, its not that hard as people think!! Theres plenty to eat (usually roti and some vegs of some sort lol!!!) Ohh and when you tell others how come people always say we dont know what we are missing out on when it comes to chicken? Is chicken really that good!!?!?

I can survive without meat, i'm not addicted, but I love a bit of chicken, so tasty when my mum makes it in curry

Soya, lentils, various vegetables, pasta etc.. all packed with protein and carbs.. cheese, milk.. so much you can do with it!
