    ....anybody know the grade boundaries for language B SL for paper one..?..and paper two?

    ...what's the percentages for 4,5,6,7 for example..?..

    i'm not absolutely sure but i think it varies every year - depends on how hard the exam is after all

    Approx the 85% is a 7, thats the only thing I know!

    to give you some rough idea (these are our grade boundaries for everything at my school):

    7 - 100% - 85%
    6 - 84% - 70%
    5 - 69% - 55%
    4 - 54% - 40%

    I know that last year in French B P1 32 out of 40 was on 7. P2 24 out of 30 was on 7. I dont know about other subjects but hope this will give you some indication

    Well, the general marking is 15% down each mark, which has been said already. However, english B is often considered as IB points gainer. I am studying a british school so we use english in all the subjects (except for A languages of course) and I have been getting 7s all the time so I think that the boundaries might be even higher. I know it is unusual but I believe that english B is one of the subjects where the boundaries will remain at the 85% for 7 or even raise.
