What is this?

Right there is like a black rubber thing thing goes around the back of someones neck and there is some sort of strap on around someones arm and it buzzes at set times. Does anyone know what this is for because quite frankly I almost pat my shants when my grandma started buzzing?!

A mechanism in case an elderley person has a fall or is in a position of difficulty - then they have a pendant around the neck with a button to press in case of such emergencies...this then alerts social services...some help then comes round and sees to the elderley person? Is this what you mean....a pendant/safety mechanism/back up...in case of real emergencies.

it's an alien control device. basically they abduct certain people they want to experiment on and they implant these control devices and then by the power of radio signals they are able to make u walk n talk and put yr hands around someone's throat and squeeze until they are dead, and then they release the control and u r free again..

well, that's what i told the court but the judge wud not believe me and he sent me down for a murder when it was not my fault. please sign a petition to get me out or yr granny will end up locked away and in the same situation and no-one will believe her either!!

I don't think it is that. Maybe its some sort of physio thing...my family are so hush hush it drives me nuts sometimes.

my dad had to have a thing that did that every hour, it was on his arm, it monitored his blood pressure for 24 hours, and it did make stupid buzzing noises. maybe it's something like that.
