https://selfreg.lse.ac.uk is working for undergraduates too now

What's up with LSEForYou? I can't get the proper site to work only some tutorials and stuff. Not sure what to do with Moodle either. E-mail is working though .

I thought the LSE4U account we made earlier (to submit our financial verification etc) was only a temporary one. Or am I wrong?

So we have to register for LSE 4 U again?

I've checked the Welcome Pack and it doesn't say this.

Yes you do, if you want to access the proper LSE for you, you need to register, and then instead of putting your email as a username you put your real lse username. Nothing's much different for the moment though, you're not missing anything!

Can someone post me a link for the LSE4U registration. How do I know my 'reall lse username'?

Thanks.

Edit: I've just logged in. It was the username from our LSE Email right?

Thanks!. I got confused about LSE Email and LSE4U. Didn't know they were the same.

I notice on Moodle we have a blog. Anyone planning on being a regular blogger :p:?

I think we're meant to register for our courses via Moodle, but looks like they've not added the undergrad ones yet :frown:

ST102 is up, but I'm not sure whether to enrol or not...

Nah moodle has nothing to do with registration. You dont have to register if you dont want to and you can register for stuff you're not taking.

The Welcome Pack says we can register undergrad courses from 14 Sept

Er, Moodle? Someone please explain moodle to me

In the LSE Welcome pack it says that we register for our courses on the 29th and 30th of September (depending on what course we are), between 10.30 and 2, in the Hong Kong threatre in Clement House
You register for courses you're going to be examined on on LSE For You. Go to Student > Selection of Courses.

Moodle is a system where courses can post resources, such as lecture slides, handouts, extra readings, homeworks and quizzes. Enrolling on Moodle courses does not, as it says on the confirm screen, register you for the course. Sign up for your compulsory ones, and any options you are thinking of taking (to see if the content looks interesting, hard, etc...).

Some courses prefer to stay in the dark ages and frustratingly use the Exchange server's Public Folders to post all their stuff.

When I say course it means module.

For the temporary LSE4U account, is there a deadline for the financial verification or photo?

I can't seem to find my original offer letter from LSE (I'll have another look tomorrow), am I screwed?

I've also lost my offer letter, and you need it for registration! I have the acceptance letter though

Grrr. I registered my email account yesterday and for some reason I can't log into it - I keep getting the log-in screen over and over again (shouldn't it give me an error message). I've tried using different browsers but no success.
