How many marks are available for C1 and C2 ?

On the exam papers it says 72 but on my statement of results it says they were both out of 100. Where do the extra 28 marks come from

Raw marks are converted to a UMS mark out of 100.

Try putting UMS or Uniform Mark into the OCR Search facility:

It doesnt really have anything of any use on that site. On my result sheet it says

Maths: MEI Concepts for adv maths (100) .......... Points 66

So is that my UMS points of how many i got in the exam?

Im trying to add up all my marks from last year and this year and its so confusing.

Also, how many UMS marks are available for the coursework?

Yes, and you will have no idea how many raw marks are required for 80, 70 etc. You can get 100 UMS without getting full marks on the paper depending on what the raw mark to UMS conversion is. Yes, that mark you got was a UMS score.

The grade boundaries are 80UMS for an A, 70 for B, 60 for C, 50 for D and 40 for E though I guess you already know that so over 6 modules for an A2 you need 480 for an A, 420 for a B etc.
