I can't sleep properly without one hand down my pjs shorts/bottoms. <-there's nothing dirty in that, and I have no idea why I do it, but I always have a hand either between my knees or down my trousers!

I don't know if this pertains to everyone, but my sleep very much depends on my mood. If I go to bed sad, I'm likely to sleep for ages, but wake up very groggy, whereas if I go to sleep relaxed and happy [and not even all that tired] I get a decent sleep quality and duration, and I feel really good the next day.

I have always slept on my front or side, but now I've taken to sleeping on my back - I can't sleep properly without one hand down my pjs shorts/bottoms. <-there's nothing dirty in that, and I have no idea why I do it, but I always have a hand either between my knees or down my trousers!
i used to sleep with a part of my duvet between my knees...

yeah, bex - I do that too- I wrap it around my leg and through them. bizarre
if you think about it... it keeps your legs in the correct position in relation to your hips.....(at least thats what i tell myself...)

Well i doubt many ppl can beat this here goes:

A friend of mine stayed awake for 2 whole weeks ! I thought that would no way be physically possible. With the aid of about 5 caffeine tablets at a time and countless amount of coffee he did it. Finished all his work and revised ! The state of him after 2 weeks was terrifying to say the last ! Lets here someone bragging about that not about whether they need to turn off lights to sleep or have to wrap things around their leg to sleep ! Ridicule !

That seems rather pointless, weird, and unhealthy, to say the least.

Oh. I forgot to add. Can anyone else not get to sleep if they're wearing clothes? I can't sleep if I'm not naked.

caffeine does transform you into a scary monster.... i found that even plugged up to my eyeballs with the stuff... i still had to take ten minute naps because my eyelids started grating across my eyeballs.... how long did he sleep for afterwards???
