Let the points to be transformed be (t,mt)[Ie, a typical point on the curve].
Hence the transformed points are (5t+10mt, -3t-8mt).
so x=5t+10mt, y=-3t-8mt.
y=mx: -3t-8mt=m[5t+10mt].
-3-8m=m[5+10m]
You have a quadratic in m, simplify and solve.
