Where could I get an academic diary? (I realize there will be somewhere, but it's not something I've ever actually bought, so don't know what sort of place is likely to stock it. A book store?)

One of my friends had a bit of a mission tracking down an 09/10 diary, but eventually found one in waterstones. If you have a bike/are willing to walk a bit further, staples will probably have lots.

WHSmith is where I got mine from. It was £6.99 as I went for a page to a day one but it was worth it as it has beautiful paper and quotes on the bottom of every page
everyone going to the freshers fair save me some free stuff as I can't go due to being stuck in my room

Does anyone know if a bus goes near the site? Is it in the city basically...
It's in Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre on Gonville Place, which is a bit south along the road from Sainsbury's. According to Google Maps, you should be able to catch the (Citi?) 1, get off at Downing and walk a little (to 'B' on the map).

Probably a bit late with this, but I saw the roulette wheel Derren Brown last night, and was very impressed. More than made up for the lottery disappointment.

So much for my plan o heading home at 11... I got guilt tripped into examining patients this morning and afternoon, and have just got home. Until today, I thought I was OKish at recognising some of the 'easier' murmurs, but it seems that I am actually fecking useless.
Ah well, back home and am looking forward to cooking some dinner tonight. I've got the limes and coriander...!
