Yay! Hall had food I like today. Lucky seeing as I only go half of the time now. Red cabbage, chilli and rhubarb crumble :yep:

Now to work :work:

I have an annoying term work-schedule-wise - alternating weeks with 3 supervisions then 1 supervision. Unfortunately I seem to be busier with non-work-related stuff when I have 3 supervision assignments in. Ah well, such is Cambridge.

My whole first year was like this. I hated it.

So am I alone in thinking that i couldn't have/wouldn't have wanted to do any subject but my own?

Nah.
I could maybe have struggled by in Natsci, but I wouldn't really have wanted to. Maths is the only thing I'm good enough for to do here I think as well(and barely that!:p:)

When I order from Waterstones it usually comes the next day or day after even with free delivery.

What? :eyeball: I presume you're joking :shifty:

Amazon free delivery is usually just as fast as their expensive delivery. They're really good...I once ordered an item with free delivery late one afternoon, and it turned up early next morning.

Though perhaps not at the moment with the strikes and courier firms overwhelmed with all the extra business.
I've had a good night tonight :yep:

Went to my singing lesson, then when I came back my college parents and college sister were sat on the corridor attempting to start a corridor scene so we sat and talked :woo:

Twas great.

I have also had a good night.. Had a productive polo lesson, where I managed to hit the ball at speed for the first time..
Horses make me forget that work exists.. I like that feeling..

I've had a useless, write-off of a day :hmpf:

Anybody interested in attending a TSR formal this term should vote here. (If I find any unfamiliar names on the poll, I will delete you and neg you :security:)

Voted

Why is it some lecturers' books are more useful than their lectures? :hmmm:
Voted (and I do want to try to come this time!). Weekends aren't fantastic for me, the way that my deadlines and so on work out, but I can work around that.

a nice one :p:
I have just written far too many words on what Chaucer meant when he first met a nun and described her reaction to a hypothetical mouse trap situation.
