God, how I hate my local surgery. Not only has my every visit to the doctor's been less than useless (it has, in fact, invariably worsened whatever condition I happened to be suffering from at the time), its opening times are about three minutes a day, Monday - Friday. Seriously, what would happen if I suddenly fell drastically ill at a reasonable time on Sunday afternoon? Would I be expected to phone 999?!

Uh, yes. The fact it is a Sunday afternoon shouldn't really make a difference.

There is usually some sort of out-of-hours service as well, but if you're drasticallly ill then let tablechair said just go to hospital, else just wait til monday

Great :dry: I wish I was going to SA earlier this holiday! Its not proper winter there, but it will at least be comfortably cold.

It is scary though. 5 and a half years of my life is chronicled in Cam Chat threads!
Guys, quick question.

What would you do if you had to entertain two 18year olds in Cambridge for four days, my little sister and her friend are coming for a day, apart from punting and showing them around some of the colleges, I'm kind of at a loss. They're over from Ireland so a day in London is a novelty, so that's one of the days gone...

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
