Well, Athena did say:

Athena
I think Amy uses the word squee to express excitement (for some reason, I associate it with )

She's right, but its more of a typed expression of excitement than something I'd actually say!

EDIT

Additional *squee*: A work colleague has just become a grandmother so the office is cooing over some (admittedly V cute baby) photos she has brought in!

Lol, I'd like to hear you say it now :p:
Choosing a room is going to be difficult. The people I get on particularly well with are either a) in a house with lots of people that I don't really know but that I know that they know particularly well b) in Parkside or c) in WSB. Add to that that I would like standing headroom and space for instruments, as well as a sink preferably and one that won't disturb people if I play music all the time and it becomes remarkably difficult.

I'm tempted by the one remaining LSM, if that isn't gobbled up in the next 6 hours, otherwise I may well go for one of the basement rooms and sod the headroom problem. Craggy, you going to be on chat sometime around 7pm? I may need your help with this :p:

I'm having an absolutely rotten day. And I'm now sick.
:hugs:

I have a room

Ditto the rotten day. There's only 3 of us in work this week, instead of 7. And the work pile is increasing, not decreasing. I got another job rejection.. And.. just.. blegh.. I hate mondays..

A fairly nice one too :yep:
I haven't seen it yet :s-smilie: It's well placed at least.

:console: I hate it when people are selfish in jobs and just take the piss. I only take the day off if I literally can't sit up.

Yeh the street is the coolest  I wouldn't say the room was above average, but I think its decent. As good as rooms people much higher on the ballot are getting.
I think I have a view of the McDonald's service entrance. This is fine, seeing as I can compile a list of whatever and whoever they drag through the back with hand's bound, and then eat there.

However, I am now in the Sainsbury's event horizon (Green Street). I guess I'll have to dust off my Nectar card. Is this going to be insanely congested at all times?

Green street is lovely, although probably pretty noisy. Nonetheless, considering is location, its surprisingly non-congested! It always has people on it, but nothing like as many as the throngs walking up and down Trinity and Sidney streets.

I can't sleep without noise, so this sounds ideal. I can just hurl things from my window and become a nuisance if things get too bad, I guess.

Oh my god! Can we swap!? You should see me from time to time, as I always go down Green st to get to Sainsburys. Take care to only throw nice things out the window.
