Just going by the titles, the first two sound absolutely fine since they involve both Politics and Economics.

If you wish for me to review them, I will be glad to (PM/e-mail them over) but I'm sure Tom Holder will be able to advise you accordingly as well.

Good luck.
Could someone read over mine, as well? I'm not British, so I'm not really sure that my translation makes that much sense to a native English speaker. Thanks

I'd be happy to read over them if you e-mail them to me.

To all PPE applicants with interviews in a few weeks.

I'm almost positive I'll be around during interview period. So if anyone wants to meet up for a drink / chat It might be worth organising something.

I can tell everyone to relax, and assure you that buying me a drink will guarentee your place in oxford (disclaimer - may not be true).

Anyone interested?

Hey Tom why don't you start a new thread for this? I'm sure you'll find a lot of people who would be interested.
Count me in too.

I'd definately be interested in meeting up, maybe at the White Horse!?
My only concerns with a pub is that many people applying won't be 18. Thinking back to when I was at interviews, the pubs were IDing everyone.

However if this meet is during the day then the pubs shouldn't mind (they just won't serve the under-18's alcohol).

Dunno - everyone bring fake ID's

I knew something good would come out of having my birthday on the same day as the interview!

I just wanted to ask if you had a few examples of any 'Unanticipated' interview questions aimed to test ones potential.

Guys you have to be down on sunday evening.

Would you prefer to meet monday afternoon or monday evening. I'm suggesting St. Aldates Tavern as a venue. (near Pembroke and Christ Church)

either of those would be fine, but maybe the afternoon...as a way of recovering from the test in the morning?!

Either is fine! And I would really like to meet up with ppl. I have a few queries though...

Just wondering if we would have this time free?
When exactly are our interviews? :s-smilie:
And don't colleges arrange stuff for the applicants to do in the afternoons, or is this just a rumour:p: ?
