I am currently on a healthy eaing thing and I plan to start going swimming again soon. I want to make Uni a fresh start, so good luck with it.

But how do you get the motivation? Don't you find it really hard?
Reply 4
It would probably be a good idea, even if it's just to make me less lazy!
I just want to get rid of my beer belly, already lost it once but put it back on but like someone said, its hard to find the motivation

I'm fed up with being stereotyped because of the way I look and I want to change that. I have a good personality but people look past that because I'm not as skinny as my friends. I want to prove I can do this for me and no one else. It's been six weeks since I ate chocolate and I'm so proud of myself for that. I don't deny myself of what I want, I just eat it in moderation.

think i might make an effort to go to gym or something...but then again im quite lazy and will prob need a bit of motivation i think lol, most people at uni prob wont take much notice im sure you cant be that unfit  depends how determined you are

Not necessarily. Anything is possible. Besides it's more to keep fit rather than be a hard nut fanatic. You can start that at anytime. What sports do you do anyway?
Reply 15
well for sports it's not too late of course, but difficult, I'd recommend just trying to get regular meetings with a friend running through parks and making it a habit, then you're all set.
I play basketball and yeah it's great fun. Going on camps and stuff rules
Yep I'm doing that  I REALLY want to give myself the best chance of playing the highest standard of football possible for me.

Gym is boring. I find it so boring working out :frown: I don't do it often I'd much rather play a sport.
