I am doing an experiment with potato and testing how the ph would affect action of the enzyme catalase.

I have nearly got the method done, but I am stuck on an idea on how to keep the waterbath at a constant temperature,do any of you have any ideas?

Thank you! =)

Use a waterbath. Alternatively, measure the temperature and add/ remove the water as appropriate using a syringe to ensure it remains constant.
