Is it looks or personality??
Personality and yes I have to be attracted to them initially. I have met girls that are not stunning, of whom I am just slightly attracted too, but I have ended up being more attracted to them more because thier personality shines. On the other hand, I have met girls that are stunning, but because they were so bitchy/vain or whatever I was just not attracted to them after the first occasion. Probably because their crap personality took away their attractiveness.
Its all really subjective, like one other person said. Could be a combination of factors, like one girl I fancied was because she was just so "mysterious" - I dunno why, but I found that well sexy.
