Feeling angry during exercise watch

Every time I exercise I get a sudden surge of anger within the first 15 minutes or so, but eventually it subsides and I actually feel much better at the end than I did at the start.

Is this normal? Sometimes the anger is uncontrollable and I have to stop. One of the reasons I exercise is to control my anger and I'm worried that exercise might actually be bringing up more.

Google searching on the subject is inconclusive, some results suggesting that it increases anger, other suggesting that it reduces it.

Anybody know, or experience this too?

What are you angry about? Is it just a general feeling of anger? Or are you angry about something in particular?

Probably just your hormone levels being messed about with. As long as it fades with time and you're not actually acting on your anger, it's probably fine.

I get a pretty awesome feeling when I am running in the dark with my ipod, and eminem's 'lose yourself' comes on.

You taking any drugs like steroids ? might be causing some kind of hormone imbalance.

It's good that you're angry, you're exercise will be more efficient that way because you'll have more adrenalin pumping around your body

Is it anger when you have just been lifting a heavy weight like a bench press as when you finished you feel like '**** yeah' 'I can take on the world grrrrrrr'

Well that's how I feel anyway.
