I've always had a bit of muscle on me from a young age due to martial arts training, but I'm not a big guy, and don't really do weights apart from the odd session here and there.
Anyway, my biceps have always been very bunched together when tensed, described as "perky" by my mates :s. It's like there's a tennis ball under my skin lol. Is this due to how they've developed, and would i be able to change this by doing bicep exercises which stretch them out? Or is it just genetic?

lol, one of my mates has similiar arms, he always gets 'look at the slazengers on him!'
