I'd rather not go to the doctor, but I'm pretty sure I have them. It's becoming pretty painful. Are their any "home remedies" that I could try?

do you literally have anus tissue hanging out? if so then yeah go doctors. as far as i know the people who stay at home and try 'home remedies' for most serious things are dead now. survival of the fittest and all that

You can get over the counter cream for them, I think, but if they're getting painful and causing you problems, it's best you head to the docs. They have seen it all before, really.
