Was just browsing Amazon and came across this:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/New-Apple-iP...=cm_cr_pr_pb_t

A NEW iPod Touch 16GB for only £13.13?!
Surely there's gotta be an error somewhere..
If I bought this and the error was discovered would they legally be allowed to charge me the proper amount?
Looks way too good to be true!

the thing is you shouldn't post things like this

usually it goes unnoticed, now everyone is going to want it and post it elsewhere. Happened with a play.com jamesbond boxset which was selling for 9.99 instead of 99

There's always this one instead: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B..._luc_sbs_02_02

Might be worth the gamble, tbh.

I think they will cancel the order (or you will have the opportunity to).

They can't charge you more though.

I THINK they either have to sell at the price stated (£13.13) or refund you.

It's not Amazon selling it, but a company selling it through Amazon. However, if they've put the price up wrong, I don't think they can charge the full amount... However, I might be wrong

That is awesome :awesome: They would probably send you an email saying there was an error and the price is now different and ask if you still want to make the transaction. They will pick it up soon enough so don't get your hopes up.

Wow! I would have thought they legally have to sell it to you for the price it's being advertised at? I think that's the case on the high-street. Not sure if it's the same online...

As much as I despise Apple hardware , at £13.90 it's just simply too good to miss (and to be true).:awesome:

Tempted to buy but I'm not risking being charged something completely different and more realistic in the end. They simply won't sell that for so little cash.

They'll cancel your order. I tried to buy a blu ray player for 1.60 from them a few weeks ago.
    Still no harm trying.

Btw, posting this here practically guarantees the order won't be fulfilled. One order might slip though, but not their entire stock
