i'm trying not to get my hopes up for this!
Mine says the same too. And i have an option for cancellation of the item aswell. I dont know if i should click that as i am still a bit skeptical.

How do you know they will face huge losses though...

Do you know how much they paid for the iPods? They could be stolen, off the back of a lorry, in which case they're making a profit...
In which case it wouldn't be a mistake afterall, and you're all handling stolen goods, which the police would have a right to retrieve from you.

And if they did obtain the iPods through legal means, I'm fairly certain that no matter how many they bought in bulk or what sort of wholesale deal they agreed, it would have cost them more than £13.13 per unit.

I don't know whether they've charged me yet, and the Amazon track page doesn't say awaiting dispatch, but I can no longer edit or cancel my order. I wonder what that means.

I wish I'd got an extra one for my sister (don't get those who are being greedy ordering loads) wish I'd also got the nano too. Can't be disappointed though-if we'd changed the quantity the price might have gone up with the extra time it took!!

But what you've missed out is that they don't have it in the small print, unless it was comically sized small print in which case we all missed it. There is nothing to say they don't have to go through with it, only that the contract is sealed once we receive the email.

I'm still sceptical, but hopeful none the less
maybe they dont then, not even in the T&C's?

I know they dont have to honour it anyway, it happens all the time

If [when] they're going to cancel orders, they'll start with the multiple ones.
