Am sitting on a train and rang my parents for 1 minute to tell them I was on a train, was on for about 45 seconds and the person behind me stood up and told me (politely though) to keep my voice down a bit, what annoyed me was I was already doing so, but I do realise that when someones on the phone they speak a little louder than usual.
What annoyed me was this person was sittin on MY reserved seat with their feet up munching away on crisps and going through plastic bags.
Am I right to be angry.

I agree, they don't have the right to sit in your reserved seat and then tell you off!
