I have two of the undated 20p coins!

I was watching the news today, the Mint have made them legal tender and they are now worth the incredible amount of 20p each.
They were legal tender before anyway, you could spend them as a normal 20p, but they're still collectors items due to the royal mint error and could go up in value in the future.
if you get £50 for it directly from the London Mint, why are people selling it for around £5-£8 on ebay? Surely I'm missing something
