Well I've decided to study a Foundation Degree in Multimedia Computing in September this year and have applied to a number of places, two of which are actual unis.

Now I was under the impression some Unis are better are some things than others (better computing department for example), so I was wondering which of the following would be better for my course, if there is such a distinction to be made.

The two Unis are London South Bank and Central Lancashire. Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

You can search the times uni pages online,
that has a breakdown on which unis are good in which areas, based on student satisfaction and pupil/lecturer ratio, etc.
Central Lancs Media Factory is cool and new,
You should look round them and see which you like the look of etc
you could be at the best uni but hate it, and vise versa, its which uni fits the individual

South Bank isn't great, it's exceptionally bad, I recommend C Lancashire. this is a view from a friend who goes to south bank, not my view dude.

    **EDIT**

I realise thats for computer science but its the closest I could be bothered to find. Likely to be the same anyway.

Oh wow I had no idea there was such a vast difference in quality, that or there's just a helluva lot of UCLan students on this forum...

Hm well thanks for the advice guys, heavily leaning towards UCLan now then. Here's hoping I meet my conditional.
