Basically I am getting off my fat arse to lose 130lbs
I thought it would be a good idea to tone up, as I am sort of exercising when I bike home from work, you know gentle exercise to start with.
I know if you build muscle it helps speed your metabolisim etc so I want to tone my overall muscles, it would help biking and strengthening my knees.
Can anyone recommend a dvd that I can do in my front room that I can do or a website that has a list of exercises etc
Or any suggestions
I'm happy spending an hour everyday doing muscles strengthening stuff I don't really want to join the gym

Planks, squatting and lunges are supposed to be good and you can do them with free weights if you want.
