'Cute' gives you the image of a teddy bear. I don't know many girls who want to **** teddy bears (apart from that weird pornstar who had a fantasy about care bears...anyone else seen that?), so naw.

I have no preference, I just like whining about these things.

I've never been called cute as a compliment to my appearance - when I've been called cute, it's always been by current girlfriends and motivated by something I've done rather than the way I look.

I wouldn't like it if I was called cute in the same way someone might talk about a puppy - like "Aww, you're really cute!" - but if it's used in a more general way as a positive comment about the way I look that'd be fine.

Typically it means 'Your a nice guy and pretty good looking but not enough of a **** for me to go out with', if a single girl says it to a guy. At least thats what it always comes across as

I hate being called sweet too. 'Sweet' translates to 'ewww I would never get with him'.

Girls tend to go for cute over hot in my opinion. I'd rather date someone 'cute' than 'hot'.

Cute in England usually connotes to "Aw, how nice". It's more of an american thing to call somebody attractive cute.

I prefer to be called "THE DON", but I'm open to other complimentary suggestions.
The General is always a winner.

    "Yes Sir."

What do guys think when a girl calls them cute? Was just wondering because I call my bf cute quite a lot and I think it makes him feel a bit like a kid? He did say once.. "puppies are the kind of things you call cute.."
So what DO guys like to be called?
It obviously irritates him... Try telling him he has a big penis. Thats a really nice compliment to a guy.

I personally don't mind if I'm called cute. It's nearly always taken as a compliment in my books.

Sweet and cute. Two words that have always been used to describe me by girls either to my face or when they think I can't hear. Back in the day I would think "ooh I'm in there"..lol...but it doesn't mean anything, I don't think. I suppose it's a compliment. One could be called worse I suppose
