Hey (please anon cause I feel silly posting this)

So I start my new job at a busy high street shop tomorrow..and I'm really nervous Im very shy and reserved anyway..so having a job is already a big step for me. I went to the induction last week and I felt quite intimidated by how bubbly and "cool" everyone (except me) was.. Worst of all, Im actually scared of the customers as well..

any tips on how to appear confident and approach people? Thanks
