    Hi Guys,

I recently purchased this and was just wondering whether anyone had tried this out? I feel bloated all the time and was wondering whether it would help.

I do not really want to get the whole colon cleansing tube stuck up me as I am very very shy so I thought the pills might help?

If anyone has tried these please let me know your thoughts thanks xx

My first thoughts on reading this were 'Oh dear, that is such a bad idea' but since it's all natural it shouldn't do you any harm.

Give it a go for a few days, it says you should be able to feel some relief overnight so you'll quickly be able to tell if it works or not.

Hmm, you can actually pay for a proper colon cleanse- though they are extremely painful (I had to have one after contracting salmonella)
Try cutting things out of your diet which might make you less bloated, since using this might disrupt your natural digestive system in the long term...

Eat some fibre instead. That'll do the trick.

You don't need to colon cleanse.
Your GI tract is perfectly capable of cleaning itself.
    Please don't buy into this pseudo-medical ********

OP, you don't need magic pills to cleanse your colon, just have a big fart.

Those things are a placebo at best - the best to do is eat healthily and get some decent exercise. If you've got a serious problem then it's something to see the GP about, not Holland and Barrett lol.
