This might sound strange but sometimes when Im struggling to have a poo my body sort of releases lots of adrenaline (or something similar) sort of like an anxiety attack I hate the sensation. A similar thing happens sometimes when I get period cramps its like my body releases adrenaline I go all hot which triggers panic in the past Ive fainted with period pain probably because of this I just can't stand the sensations.

I just don't understand it Im a right weirdo Ive always been the neurotic type but its not something I can control with thoughts it just happens.

Its always happened ever since I was a young kid is there something wrong with my biological make up? Ive looked it up but can't find anything on it can anyone help:confused:

I also get anxious a lot for no real reason just things like sitting in lessons I get weird/negative feelings but I guess this is unrelated as this started when I was about 17.
