    Or "-age".

"Me and Sasha were thinking of going to the gym after college"
    "Yeah, like totally, coolage"
    I say "-age" a lot.

Don't take everything literally. I'm just making light of people who have bad habits when speaking. I'm from Liverpool as well and it's horrific.

Why are people ever so serious on a thread as this? Of course I won't shoot no one...

They must say Like, yeah and init in the same sentence to be deemed worthy of killing :awesome:

it seriously annoys me how people say like without reffering it to something as "in im eating a...." the ellipsis can be replaced by the word "like"

I say it, not so much as in the past but I'm not ashamed of saying it. Its a good filler and can hedge words a little (soften up a statement).

I say like, yeah etc. all the time, it detracts from the fact that I actually have nothing of value to say.

I hate innit kids. There are so many in Leicester.

    God, does that sound racist..?

But tbf, there are "like" groups (mainly up north), "innit" groups (London, Leicester..) and the like. All rounded up and shot is probably a fair thing to do I feel.

I do this all the time to the extent that I annoy myself and have cross words with myself when not in the presence of company, punctuated with feeble protestations of "like" and "yeah".

No I've been practicing this: you have to say "JAAAA" at the end of every sentence.

    Trust me.

    i.e 'Drunk much'

I heard Oxford Union had a debate about this, whether it is deemed as incorrect grammar. They believed it to be correct, and much better than saying "erm" and "eerrr". It's an ideal filler in a sentence.
Personally, I would have to agree on the shotting, cannot stand people who say it constantly! Oh well...:p:

The same applies for the people who say 'yeah'.

If you do say 'yeah' or 'like' after every sentence and don't want to be shot, explain why.

    /discuss.
But like, you shouldn't shoot me, like, because I don't say 'like', like after every other word, like. I used to, like, but I've like changed.

"like" starts to look weird after you've typed it that much lol
