Basically I did the IB with the aim to go study medicine. I got an offer and then I messed up. Is it possible/ has any one know of / done them selves a fast track a levels. I need to do them in Biology, Chemistry and maybe philosophy all of which I have studied under IB but I think they are quite similar...and help would be relaly appreciated.

bump - how do I find a college that does fast track A levels?

I was in a similar situation.
Basically I went to an American high school in Austria and got an honors USA high school diploma at the end of year 12. People can easily go to unis in America with that diploma.
However, because I wanted to study in England (and I was aiming for Medicine), I moved to England last year and did 3 A-levels in one year (9 months).
I did them in Chemistry, Biology and French and got good grades in all 3 subjects!
The college I went to is called 'MPW - Mander Portman Woodward London' Try it, it's a pretty good college.

yes, I've found two colleges so far - both private ones, which pisses me off - it shouldn't be a fee-paying privilege to do A-levels quickly. I'm worried I'll miss out on finding other colleges in my search as I just don't have time to ring every single one up (in the Yellow Pages?) and ask if they'd do one-year A-levels.
