my mum makes this amazing orange crunchy cake, its just a normal cake mixture with this orange nutting topping which is all chewy and sooo yummy makes the cake something a bit different.
the topping is just sugar, a little plain flour, orange ring grated, 1 tablespoon of orange juice butter and flaked almonds, you spread it over the uncooked cake mixture and cook until u can run a knife through it cleanly.
its a bit different so people dont no so much about it and get a nice surprise, if you want the exact measurments i can get them for you
