I have a couple friends who received low grades on their elective courses- and they plan on taking extra subjects to compensate that. Will IB take the higher of the elective grade and factor that to get the higher score for the full diploma?

you have to choose which one you want to be counted for in the diploma. like i did bad in psy so i took chem. but stupid me thought i would do bad in chem so i kept psy, but of cause i did better in chem, and i'm regretting it right now. i would have 28 instead of 26 if i had switched them. -_-
