Losing it that quick will mean you're more likely to put it back on just as quickly methinks.

Reply 2

You can if you go without eating every other day.

Reply 3

You could cut off your legs?

Reply 4

you could theoretically if you starved yourself and did a shed load of excersise but it wouldnt be healthy..

Reply 5

no, don't do it

Reply 6

Have you got more rolls then greggs? :awesome:

Reply 7

that is such a good idea.

Reply 8

lol. its possible but SERIOUSLY unhealthy.

Reply 9

Is that even possible?

Reply 10

Hahaha its not possible. Dont bother trying.

Lose weight in the long run and change your lifestyle then the weight will stay off.

Reply 11

dont be foolish.

Will your skin be able to keep up?

I predict a wrinkle

Are you male or female, OP?

I've found that over a certain point losing weight is actually really easy (until you reach the dreaded plateau) so you could feasibly lose half a stone to a stone in two weeks - BUT it is unlikely to be healthy in any way.

Why only two weeks? Why not double or triple the time to do it a bit more healthily?

Reply 14

took me 6 months to lose 2 stone. Weighed about the same as you too, but a little taller.

Do it the proper way me thinks, exercise and healthy eating for the win!

Reply 15

If its for some event in a couple of weeks even if you did manage to drop two stone you'd probably feel like sh*t by the end of it and not enjoy what you were losing all the weight for.

Reply 16

Yep you can!

Its called amputation.

Reply 17

You dont have to lose that much- it will take time though

Reply 18

You can't lose that amount in two weeks. Things like the grapefruit diet and the lemonaide diet promise quick weight loss, but even then not that much and are very unhealthy.
Losing too much weight too quickly can result in:
*Looser skin
*lank hair and unhealthy skin/nails/insides because you are lacking the nutrients that you need, not to mention your body will go into cold turkey mode and make you ill. The most being headaches and anger issues, and a serious lack of energy.
*much more likely to put the weight back on-and more-because of your metabolism.

Generally bad times

Don't think about it as weight, my boyfriend's bmi says he's obese but he's in the best shape ever because he's really toned and has muscles.

If you just want to get lighter then don't do exercise and get colonic but this isn't really doing much to make you look better and gain confidence.

If you want to lose inches then I suggest looking at your digestion system, cut out foods that will bung you up and foods that cause water retention. By doing this you'll be surprised at how much better you will look in just a few days, but don't expect the weight to drop off. if you're excercising as well you're weight will probably stay about the same for a while until your body gets used to what you're doing to it...

Oh and do weights instead of cardio, the more muscle you build the more calories you can consume without turning into fat because your muscles will be using them. This doesn't mean you can eat more it just means that you'll stop putting on weight with the amount that you are eating at the moment.

Hope this helps
