Keep anon for obv. embarrassment reasons.

I'm a male. I have a masturbation/sperm problem - basically I don't have regular sex, but I also don't want to masturbate, 'cause it makes me lose energy and generally makes me feel a bit dizzy, tired, worn-out etc. - you get the picture. The problem is, that I seem to have quite high testosterone level and my libido is really high - I can have really abundant cumshots on a daily basis. When I don't masturbate or have sex for several days, either of those two happens:

    - I jizz in my sleep, unvoluntarily, and wake up with wet bedsheet
    - my testicles hurt (blue balls?), so much I barely can walk, and so I have to get a ****, otherwise it becomes unbearable

And so I've been wondering - is there any solution to my problems?

Please only serious answers, every attempt at a "jokey" reply will be reported to the Mods immediately. Thank you.

Sounds like you're over weight. Only obese unhealthy guys have problems with masturbation 'making them dizzy'. Whats your Height/Weight/BMI/B%F

No, not at all. The problem is that - I'm afraid - physical exercise would increase the energy I have and the testosterone production, and so I would have an even greater problem with 'this', lol.

    really abundant cumshots
    Lost respect for you here.

Masturbate once every few days. Maybe try doing it at night so that it making you tired doesn't matter. I don't see the problem.

Well today has been technically the third day I hadn't had a **** and I was forced to do this late evening, my testicles have hurt me so much. So it's hardly "every few days" I can last, lol, isn't it? :s

Problem is - I generally don't want to masturbate and I can't have regular sex right now for various reasons. And I kinda don't wan't to throw my bedding into the washing machine and have sore balls, either.

    Why?
Doesn't make me feel well. Probably due to having history of compulsive masturbation, several times a day, in stressful periods of my life.

Generally a 'masturbation addiction' of sorts, and so I would prefer not to if possible, as it builds up a sense of guilt in me now.

It's very hard to understand for someone who hasn't gone through this, but masturbating 4-5-6 times a day, until you're basically dizzy and knackered to death, is not a pleasant experience in the long shot, so I would love to stay away from masturbation. Yeah. I'm just afraid of going into the vicious circle again, as I haven't had much control over it in the past.

I don't feel the psychical need to do this anymore most of the time, it's just that physically my body seems to demand the sex juice to be released every now and then

Well, sorry, but you're normal. There's not much anyone can advise you to do. Semen builds up, causes pressure (explaining the ache), and needs releasing regularly (explaining the ejaculation during sleep). You can do this manually by masturbating, say, twice every three days. That's not an addiction, that's fairly normal. Don't allow yourself to get addicted and you won't - easier said than done, blah blah, but there's nothing else anyone can advise you, because this is what you need to do.

Well TBH I've been considering contacting the endocrynologist (sp? the hormone specialist) and maybe asking for some prescription drugs that might lower the testosterone levels, but on the other hand I'm kinda freaking out they might screw up more than they might help with :s

Thanks for the extensive reply, though - really appreciated. :yep:

I know about a guy who used to get dizzy,, later he had a different problem where they got blown up, poor guy, had to make a simple operation and everything was fine.. u should see the doc.. if ur normal,, i think using all this energy in something constructive would be beneficial, sports and gym would be a great idea, if not sex.. but if ur getting dizzy u need a checkup..

    hhmmmm. here are my views:

1 - Are you sure you are not winding us up?
2 - There is no point seeking medical advice from us here. You won't get your answer. The bottom line is that it is not normal and you should go and see a doctor.

Go and see your GP and get yourself sorted.
