at the begining of the year i weighed nearly 13 stone, since then i have got my weight down to 11 stone 8 by just cutting out eating between meals, eating less at meals and drinking more water. but i don't feel as though my fat has gone, i still feel that i am the same size i was before. i've droped 36" jeans to 34" but i wear my jeans quite low (below my stomach).
i just feel like my belly is still the same and i still have man boobs. how much do i have to loose before they go down in size?

You should exercise as well... You're going to have a lot of excess skin

How tall are you? You might not be getting enough protein in meals and exercising enough, so your body is breaking down muscle for energy instead of fat.

You will have dropped fat. but depending on the severity of your cut, you may have also lost muscle. this would have led to you gaining a 'skinny-fat' look, where you are skinny, but you have no muscle for definition (well not none, but you get the idea).
Do some exercise, build the muscle, and then if theres still a problem, come back.
