    Tues/Thurs: Cardio (40mins)

    Week B

    Mon/Weds/Fri: Resistance + Cardio (30mins)

    Tues/Thurs: Cardio (20mins) + HIIT (10mins)

    Assuming you do a warm up and cool down after HIIT and resistance, the second day of Cardio can be used for active recovery.

    Main goal is to lose weight. The 20min HIIT would be 5min warmup - 10mins of interval - 5mins cooldown.

    The 20mins of carido and 10 of HIIT would be, 10mins 'warmup' - 10mins of interval - 10mins 'cooldown' - though these three are normally done on separate machines.

    I currently do week B, but have been thinking I should move to week A.
