Not including meat. So what is the food you eat the most and makes up most of your diet?

And HOW DO YOU COOK/EAT IT?

Right now mine would be cous cous, I eat it all the time. It's very cheap (60p per 500g) as well as healthy and you can add what ever flavour you want to it.

I usually put a vegetable stock cube in with it, then mix in some soy sauce at the end.

Or I cook it with plain water then add lemon juice and fresh coriander from my garden mmmm.

    How about you?
I'd eat lasagne or chicken korma every day... but that's long.

    I guess pasta then.

    Frozen Pizza.

    Yep.
    LOL, this :p:

Normally just have half a pizza and then have the other half the next day. Which shocks a lot of people who think I should have a whole one on its own. Saves cooking for a 2nd day though :p:

    Bread.

But I really fancy a Moro bar right now ... or a double decker? Something chocolaty, sugar laden and irredeemably cheap.

Bread, muesli, and bananas (but not all together...)
    Usually have muesli for breakfast,
then have beans on toast or something for lunch when I'm at uni.
And basically snack on bananas allll the time!
I eat quite a lot of noodles too, as well as chicken

At the mo I'm surviving pretty much on Tesco Pasta Salad. But at £3 a pop I can't keep it up long term!
