Is this a good fitness plan watch

    Hi all.
    I am bored not being at college so have devised a fitness plan to generally get my fitness levels up, i would like to lose a bit of weight as i put on 1/2 a stone throughout exams, but its not my main priority. I recently bought my fitness coach for wii which i have decided to incorporate into the programme. I just want advice on whether this is healthy/ an ideal way to lose a bit of weight.

    Monday - Gym 1hr HIIT, 15 mins weights
    Tuesday - My fitness coach- cardio 1/2hr , 1/2hr flexibility
    Wed - Gym 30 mins HIIT, 15 mins rowing, 15mins weights
    - Swimming 50 lengths (gradually building up as i get more confortable)
    Thursday - My fitness coach 30 mins lower body, 30 mins gymball
    Friday - 1hr HIIT, 15 mins cardio, 15 mins weights
    Saturday and sunday off.
    I have already changed my eating habbits and am currently eating around 2000kcal a day.
    Does this sound like too much to do? or does it sound ok? Any advice would be great

    HIIT shouldn't be longer than half an hour.

    so if i change the HIIT to 1/2 hr then add some cardio or rowing or something then that should be ok
