    In that case I assume it was something that makes an amusing anecdote, even if person hearing it doesnt know you. You probably need to stop being such a baby.

    I know it's not the best advice, or the best worded but I think you're just gonna have to 'get over it'.
    Not easy to do by any means, I have been bullied a few times and it still affects me now, but if you never forget about it then it'll never leave you.
    If you hear people mention that 'thing' just ignore it, cos you've moved on and grown up. Which is something they obv need to do.
    In 20 years timw when you got a family and whatnot, you'll wonder why you fretted so much over this.
