    It's called Absinthe. If it is "proper" Absinthe with enough of the wormwood ingredient, it crystallises in your stomach and when you drink the next day, you get drunk again.
    Pernod does the same thing. Having worked in an offlicense for a few years, these were always the two drinks known for this affect, and I think I remember someone saying something similar about the crystalisation thing.

    There is an alcohol that crystallizes in your stomach, then when you drink something the next morning (like water), you get the experience of been drunk again without consuming anymore alcohol, but I don't know what it is called.

    its ouzo! many a boozy night spent in the summer I did my A Levels turning into accidental boozy mornings. I swear to god I got hooked on orange juice as it was the only thing to quench my first before getting me lasho again haha
