    Aye, probably fair point.

    Here, use this site:

Just click the body part, choose the exercise and view the instructional video. I think its a decent resource anyways. :yep:

yup, good exercise if you have somewhere to do them, and also dips, but again you need dipping bars really.

Me either, maybe he kind of hooks the bar so his palms face towards him? Not don it before though.

sorry, my mistake, i meant underhand/overhand bent row... and wide grip/close grip upright row!

Do you think that covers all the main areas for strength gain?

Would 3 sets of 5 be acceptable with increase in weight proportional to strength?

    Ah I see now.

Cant really help as I just train for hypertrophy, the strength follows.

    Specific strength training is different.

Its just an example.. i'm open to anything.

If you dont mind answering what sort of reps do you do for hypertrophy? (Which is size+strength gain..?)

Well Ive only been training PROPERLY since April time but most my stuff is just aiming for 3 sets of 8 then up the weight when Ive reached that.

But my size gains have been good so works for me. People react differently to different stuff.

But yeh strength increases practically each week if not in weight then more reps than previous.

That'll probably work. 5x5 is a popular method for mass gains.
